2015 was the year when I first encountered Randy Gage’s Duplication Nation training in Sante. The training made me realize that the profession we are in is BIGGER than what we can imagine and helped me dream BIGGER as well.

2018 was when I thought I can attend the Mastermind Event but fate did not allow me to join our leaders that time.

2020 was the year I never would’ve thought I’d be able to converse with one of the leaders in our profession, not just in the Philippines but international. Someone who has spoken and influenced more than 2 million people across 50 countries and a member of the Speaker’s Hall of Fame and Mastermind Event’s faculty.

Of all the things he shared with Sante last time, here are the ones that made a huge impact on me:

You can’t have a strategy for everything. But you can have a culture that tells people, no matter what happens, there are certain things we believe in. We operate with integrity. Leaders don’t just attend events, they promote events. Your job is to work yourself out of the job. Create a strike team who wants to run with you. You determine the level of how big you want your business to be.
