His and hers.

Short sharing of what I've learned being in a relationship so far (NBSB before) hoping this can help anybody who'll have the chance to read this.

Being in a relationship doesn't mean you have to compete with one another. Hindi po ito contest. Rather, it should mean being there for one another whenever you need the person most.

It doesn't mean forcing one's growth so he/she can catch up to the other person's growth. Rather, it should be being patient with the other person's growth as he/she achieves his/her respective dream in life.

His planting season may be earlier than her planting season and vice versa. Don't rush. Hindi minamadali ang holistic growth ng isang tao. Be patient with one another.

It doesn't mean losing one's hope and dreams in exchange for the other. Hindi mo kailangang i-give up ang pangarap mo para sa pangarap niya and siya rin para sa iyo. Rather, it means supporting one's dream and hobbies in life, no matter how quirky or weird it may be.

Take note, this is also applicable in business with your business partners. As mentors, may we not be tempted to steal and force the growth of our mentees.

May we allow them to grow in character, attitude and income as strong leaders of our organization.

It's up to them if they will speed up the process or not. Our role is to teach and guide them.

Realizing all of these made me more grateful kay Daddy God to have mahal Cris Gallineto as my partner in life and in business for he has been so patient with my growth in character, attitude and in business.

Caleb (Ford Everest) is just one of Alab's (Chevrolet Camaro) fruit in this planting season of mine with Sante and Elite Driven.

Claiming by next year, when my leaders are ready to receive their blessing, there will be a massive breakthrough for them and their respective teams.
