Every time someone asks me for advice regarding health and fitness, I always start by asking, "How bad do you want it?" Because in our fast paced world filled with survival foods instead of real food, the easiest path to take when one is not focused and determined, is to revert back to our old habits.

Now before you start any of your mid-year goals, whether it be in fitness, career or business. Ask yourself. "How bad do you want it? Are you willing to take the extra mile and go the distance for your goals?"
