Prioritize. Empower. Organize. Delegate. Open.

1. Prioritize the most important tasks to the least important ones based on your core values or purpose.

2. Empower and identify your core leaders.

3. Get organized. Plan and organize your day, week or month ahead. But be flexible.

4. Delegate the tasks your leaders can do wayyyy better than you can.

5. Always have an open line of communication. Be open for suggestions. Be open for criticisms. Be open and be compassionate. Know and understand that everyone is fighting their own battles. But most importantly, when all else fails, when you make a mistake, spare some compassion on yourself. You are still human after all.
